Who we are. RevWell Billing, LLC ("RevWell," "we") provides medical billing and credentialing services to healthcare practices. This website, revwellbilling.com, is our marketing site.
What we collect on this site. If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, practice or program name, email address, phone number, program type, and state. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services. We do not sell or rent this information.
Please do not submit patient information. This website is not a secure channel for protected health information (PHI). Do not include patient names, records, or any health information in the contact form. If we work together, we will establish a secure, HIPAA-compliant channel and execute a Business Associate Agreement (and, where applicable, a Qualified Service Organization Agreement under 42 CFR Part 2) before any records are exchanged.
Client data. Our handling of client and patient data in the course of billing services is governed by HIPAA, applicable state law, and the agreements we sign with each practice — not by this website policy.
Third-party services. This site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions are processed by our hosting provider's form service. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the site and route your message to us.
Retention. We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.
