Sidharth Arora is the founder of RevWell Billing, a medical billing and credentialing company based in Huntington, West Virginia, serving practices across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. He has worked in medical billing since 2016, and today oversees roughly $20 million in billing per year across client practices in MAT and behavioral health, primary care, nephrology and dialysis, and laboratory and toxicology.

Sidharth built his career inside the revenue cycle — working claims, denials, payer calls, and aging reports for practices of every size, from solo prescribers to multi-site programs. That ground-level experience shapes how RevWell operates: claims out within 24 hours, every denial worked to resolution, and reporting a practice owner can actually read.

Beyond day-to-day billing, Sidharth works with practices through Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer audits — preparing documentation, responding to record requests, and fixing the root causes so the same findings don't come back. Sidharth holds a master's degree in engineering from Marshall University, right here in Huntington. He brings an engineer's mindset to a process most companies run on habit: measure everything, find the failure point, fix the system — not just the claim.
